The photographic series is inspired by Ponky Wots Cowboy's ceramics, taking four of her character pots and turning them into real-life stories. Speaking with the artist, and taking her pots, I found that the characters had to explore the colours of what the artist used, whether that be through their make-up or clothing. Each character can be seen with hints of Western characteristics through the styling, hinting at the cowboy culture..
